Kassab Jewelers hosted their 19th annual gala at the Elysian Ballroom earlier this month. They celebrated all of their clients as well as honored the Tacori brand alongside Haig Tacorian himself, an incredible jewelry designer (worn by Kerry Washington, Kate Beckinsale and many more).  

Of course keeping in theme with diamonds, the cake was covered with edible jewels. A personal friend of the Kassab family made the cake and it was not only a work of art on the outside, but a yummy dessert as well! Great work, Hala! (Whom you can contact via her facebook page to order your one-of-a-kind cake!)  

Mike Piper of An Affair to Remember planned the event. I’ve had the pleasure of working with him on numerous occasions and his work never ceases to amaze me. It was like walking into a cozy winter wonderland, complete with signature cranberry cocktails, a red carpet welcoming and delicious spreads for days.   

The big highlight of the evening was witnessing a proposal in the middle of the gala! It was a surprise to everyone, especially the bride-to-be. And yes, she said YES! Congratulations!! 

And here’s the wonderful Kassab team 🙂 They are such a great group!
