A Malibu Garden Wedding: Charles + Megan - Sara May Photography

The view was phenomenal. A 270 degree view to be exact. Charles & Megan chose a perfect little restaurant on the cliffs of Malibu to host their wedding. It was an intimate setting, ideal for their small garden ceremony with close friends and family present. They continued the celebration on the patio of the restaurant, with sunshine pouring in over our shoulders — a stunning view and great ambiance.

Megan and Charles began their day getting ready at the nearby Four Seasons Hotel of Westlake Village. They had a First Look there before making their way to Malibu.

After the ceremony, I took Charles and Megan out to Point Dume to get a view of the ocean and the coastline. It was unreal! So glad we took the time to go out there.

blogcollage_charlesmegan_2There were so many great little details with their wedding, from the dinner menus to the florals (to die for!!) and little bits of lavender on the aisle chairs. The coral tones throughout all the decor really popped and added this summertime cheerfulness to everything. Loved it!

blogcollage_charlesmegan_3Congratulations, Charles & Megan! I am so happy to have been there to capture your day. 🙂
